Change Plan
1. Login MO APP / website, click “Change Plan” under “Account”
2. Customise your ideal plan just the way you want it
3. Click “Update Plan” after you finish and checkout
Renew Existing Plan
(For non-autopay user)
1. Login MO APP / website, click “Statement” under “Account”
2. Click “Pay for next cycle”
3. Checkout
Set up Credit Card Autopay
1. Click “My Plan” under “Account”
2. Turn on the button next to “Auto pay”
3. Fill in the credit card information and authorise the Autopay set up. Click “Save Changes”
Top-up Local Data
1. Click “Top-up” under “Account”
2. Select the data top-up you want
3. Click “Confirm” and checkout
Data Transfer
1. Click “Transfer” in Local Data / Travel Data tab under “Account”
2. Input the amount of data / day pass you are going to transfer
3. Input the MO number of the data receiver, click “Transfer Now”
